Here it is, my 6 week out contest stack that I followed along with the diet. I went from 260 to 205 in 15 weeks, should only have been 12 weeks but they moved the date.

It is important to mention that in the last week I went from around 225 on the Monday to 205 on the Saturday. I just could not stop my body's catabolic nature. Any suggestions as to why this happened and how to avoid it next time?

6 WEEK DIET:

MEAL1 1 CUP OATS AND SIX EGG WHITES (1 YOLK)

MEAL 2 120G CHICKEN AND 150G POTATOE

MEAL 3 250G CHICKEN AND 1 1/2 CUPS OF RICE

MEAL 4 1 CAN TUNA (OR 200G CHICKEN) AND 200G POTATOE

MEAL 5 2OOG CHICKEN 1/2 CUP RICE

MEAL 6 1 CAN TUNA

I started water loading on the Sunday at 10L for both Sunday and Monay. 8L for tues, 6 Wed, 4 Thurs, 1 Firday and small sips on the Saturday (Contest Day) I also used diuretics when decreasing the water etc.

I know this is long winded but it is what I followed and you would not belive the change in my body.

I would appreciate genuine feedback.

No test. You dropped quickly because you did not have enough androgens in your system. Your diet was a little low in cals also. I can tell this not by looking at what you ate, but by how much weight you dropped while eating that much. How did you look? Ripped or smooth? Do you think you looked good a week out? The most common mistakes are in the last week. You don't mention carb loading. Water loading? I think you mean water adjustment.
 
Yeah, it doesn't look like you have enough gear to protect your muscle. Winny eod? Turinabol is weak...1 primo tab? That won't do anything. 3 primo tabs/day? Still nothing but a waste. With oral primo, you are going to have to take a bunch. Stick with the injects and take around 400mg/week.
 
that seems like a lot of carbs for a pre-contest diet. before my shows i would basically eat nothing but protein and on monday and thursday night carb-up with 2 cups oatmeal, 8 oz. sweet potato, and 1 can of green beans with 1 tbsp of butter. i went from 8% down to 5% in 3 1/2 weeks. by the time the show came around i was fuckin ripped. i would definitely run the winny eod and use some primo (injectable). that should help maintain your hard earned muscle.

I gots to give u credit...with that almost non existent dosages of juice Im surprised u didnt lose more. TEst is a MUST obviously Prop being the best for PRe Contest. Primo tabs take more than 1 a day try like 20+ and Winny EOD while an ok alternative really should be run ED. For petes sake u dont even have any fina and/or anavar. THis cycle was not well though out.

I was using sust at 500mg p/week and 40mg d/bol e/d for the first 8 weeks, I figured that my adrogen levels would be suffieciently high until the end of the cycle.

The reason the cycle was so "weak" it was my first show and the guy helping me did not know how I would react. He has the opinion that he would rather have me smaller and shreaded than bigger and smooth. The cycle was one that he uses for all novices that he helps out.

As for the carbs, I was really shredded not an ounce of fat. I even surprised myself by what I looked like, especially after I dropped my water. Although on the Wednesday before the show I thought I was going to die, I do think my cals were too low as well as my sugar levels. I did carbload from the Friday morning, but I think I could have done a lot more, again it was a case of I did not know how my body would react.

Ultra --- I can get all tests, D/bol, a/bombs, prima but no Fina. Winny, Eq, Deca (although I don't like deca). So please go mad and do me an "ULTRA CYCLE"
