Critique my pre and post workout shakes.

30 min before: Now carbo gain maltodextrin complex carb powder (1 serving)
2 scoops of ON 100% Whey
2 Pure CEE capsules
Cals=410 Protein=46 Carbs=53


Post workout: 4 scoops of ISO AGB
Now carbo gain maltodextrin complex carb powder (1 serving)
1 serving of Dextrose
2 Pure CEE capsules
1 banana
Cals=519 Protein=50 Carbs=81

6 foot 240lbs Goals: Gain weight but not too much body fat. Not BB (football)

Looks good, although I'd leave out the banana also. Fructose makes it very easy to gain fat.
