If a overweight person is trying to lose weight how long should he/she wait with eating after a workout....if the person eats carbs right after the workout the fatburning stops if he/she waits to long recovery won't be optimal?
You still want that dext./whey shake immidiately pw............however, I would suggest hitting 35 minutes of moderate cardio 1st thing in the am and THEN waiting an hour to eat your first protein/fat meal...............just my .02
