here it goes....
1, protein shake + natty pbutter or olive oil (lack of time for breakfast)
2,4 oz. salami + 2-3 oz of cheese
3,same like meal two
4,8 oz steak with cheese or 3eggs with 3-4 slice of bacon
5,protein shake + olive oil after workout.....
6,5 hotdogs with cheese or chicken breast with cheese on it + nuts
