Right, so I weighed myself last week. It was about 182. A few days later, its 179. I'm thinking, what the hell ... Although, I did eat like crap those few days. Then the next day, 180. Nice. Then, one day later, it reads 184. How in the hell does one throw on 4 pounds in 24 hours!?

I'm thinking the saaaaaame thing.

But really, 4 pounds in a day? I dunno. You're probably right.

But how to explain the 3 pound loss? Perhaps I was dehydrated?

I know you don't experience female hormonal changes, but I can swing from 180-195 just based on that. Carbs ALONE are worth 10 pounds to my body on any given day. I say I weigh 180, but it's almost always either 175 or 185, morning to morning.

Also, I've heard that the process of food digestion/excretion can account for a variance of up to 7 lbs.

Yes. . .it is water weight. Throughout the day it is common for me to gain 3 pounds. By morning my weight is normal until I begin the feeding and drinking process. Also take into consideration that your colon is developing solid material, which contributes to an increase in weight:D .
