what is the best way to take...Levorex(sp), GlurcerolR(SP), and Sesapure(sp)

Levorex is 2 caps 3 times a day between meals.
Glucorell/Sesapure is before meals. Glucorell is dosed 1 cap for every 30 grams of carbs in the meal.
Seasapure is 1 cap three times a day if you're cutting. 2 caps if you're eating normally.

one thing I have noticed in the fist coule days of use is less bloat from eating carbs

Glucorell will do that. Your muscle cells are utilizing the carbs faster and better so your body have to retain all that water to process them.

Nothing I know of that would do that. It's the first time I've seen that reported.
