But you still wanna reap the benefits before sleep.

Ive came up with a solution:

Your going to need a blender that you fill with:

approx 1 cup of water
1/2-3/4 cup frozen unsweetned stawberries
ice
touch of sweet and low
scoop of casein powder
1/2 cup or more of low fat cottage cheese

Sounds disgusting I know but it actually turns into a ice cream/yogurt texture and is pretty darn good.

After then you go to bed and GROW.


If your really watching your carbs there will be some in the strawberries. I usually cut carbs at 4pm unless I take this shake before bed.
