Alright so I just started a low carb diet a few days ago and I've found it extremely hard. I mean bacon or sausage for breakfast is easy enough. I've got no ideas what to do for lunch. Dinner is also easy enough. I've been worrying a little about any foods being bad even though they had no carbs. I mean lets say i had two or three Italian sausage's for dinner. Without a bun of course. Can you overdo it? Also suggestions of foods with no carbs would be apperciated. Thanks a lot!
