I am 8 weeks out for my first show.. its small but it will be my practice show.. i am doing cardio 30 min morning 30 nite..lifting heavy 2x week .. boy am i see results with that .. (my personal trainer is wonderful ) anyway
i need to cut more body fat.. should i now cut out the starchy carbs
ie : sweet potatoes, low carb tortilla's etc.. and my peanut butter has to go i think too
PLEASE ADVISE.. i am now at my crossroads! .. and i value your opinions YOU HAVE BEEN THRU THIS NIGHTMARE: LOL
