I've recently started being interested in training & cycling for pure mass. I've been a natural strength trainee for 2.7 years, and 6 months ago i got me a herniated disc so my strength goals went out the window (for the time being). my rm1 stats 6 months ago were:
squat- 197kg
deadlift- 215kg
bench- 135kg
nowadays i don't test anything close to that, without irritating the disc. so i do about 10-12 reps with no higher than 100kg on squats, and no deadlifts for the time being (replaced with a simple romanian chair extentions)
anything bench and upperbody related hasn't been affected by the hernia, obviously.
my personal stats:
177cm (5''9.5?)
82kg (180lbs) - current bf% around 15, no more.
24 y/o
i'd like to know what a good starting cycle would be. i've read some articles online and found what another site calls "novice beginner cycle".
basically test-e (500mg per week) for the first 12 weeks, dbol (25mg every day of the week) for the first 6 weeks, nothing for weeks 13-14 and nolvadex (pct) (40mg every day of weeks 15-16, 20mg every day of week 17) for weeks 15-17.
any other suggestions and directions to read informative articles for beginners are GERATLY appreciated, i can't speak for articles i find since i have no idea how credible they are in the first place.
any other information also greatly appreciated.

e: 1 more thing. I'm cutting right now, would a different type of cycle-route be better for me?
