Feeling a little freakish on arm day, I had decided to go a little more heavy than normal on the weighted dips since my close grip bench was sucking. on my last two sets, I dipped bodyweight + 80 lbs. 4 times. normally when I do weoghted dips, my forearms feel like they are splitting by the bones, or my tris are just ripping apart.
5'10.5@188 + 80lbs. strapped to my waist. the last two sets, I had alittle trouble balancing myself. seemed like the weight was bringing down my topsdie, incorporating chest(which wasn't what I was targeting). stopped at 90 at the arms, and it felt great. maybe in two arm days, I will try out two #45's. he he he
