Im currently doing a 5x5 program as i am more of a bb, though the feeling of acomplishment i gain from topping a new set for 5 reps is slowly turning me to the dark side. Any how i decided to try to max out today during back. i ended up deading 405 with wraps. This was after my 5x5 for deads so i was pretty happy. I know its not much in these boards but its a start.
