Im currently doing a 5x5 program as i am more of a bb, though the feeling of acomplishment i gain from topping a new set for 5 reps is slowly turning me to the dark side. Any how i decided to try to max out today during back. i ended up deading 405 with wraps. This was after my 5x5 for deads so i was pretty happy. I know its not much in these boards but its a start.

Nice lift Bud! Just to throw in my 2 cents when your able to hit a solid set of 5, bump up the weight to where you can get 3-5. Once you hit a solid 5x5 of that go up again! Do a 1RM every 5weeks or so to see how your coming along!

VDOP tonight i hopped on the scale and im weightin at 190 at about 17% bf i figure. im just about to enter into a wsb/oly lifting routine for rugby so we should see how my lifts progress. thanks for the encouragment.
