Need some guidance

Okay so I was doing a CKD until it became too much upkeep for my busy life and switched to the ANPB diet...

I'm using the following supplements:

ECA
Whey
Creatine
As well as VIT:
Multi, A, C, D, E
Calcium
Melatonin

I take 2 1/2 tbsps with 1 scoop of whey with water 6 times a day.

I weigh 185lbs.. estimated 16% bf or so

So here are my questions:

1. What type of cardio,when should it be performed, and what should or shouldn't be eaten before/afterwards for best results?

(cardio in the AM is out of the question as I have school..)

2. When are eca's best taken?

3. Is there any other supplements I should consider using do aid in this cutting process?
 
Cardio a.m. BEFORE school would be ideal if you are going for pure FAT loss.

If you can't do that, well, you'll have to figure out another time.

ECA's are best takes 2-3 times per day, dependent on the dosage utilized and type of ECA.

Like SC said, take ECA's 2-3 times per day, about 30-45 minutes before a meal.

Change you Calcium to a Cal-mag supplement, you need both calcium and magnesium, especially on such a restricted diet. I would also suggest you either drink or take a green tea supplement.

Btw, how old are you?
 
18, what is benefitial in green tea? and when would be the next best time for cardio in relation to lifting?
 
Since you are only 18, be careful with the ECA's. Personally I wouldn't take them if I were you.

Green tea has a lot of benefits, basically helps raise your metabolism a little and is a great antioxidant.

Do cardio after weights, or in separate days, or in separate times of the day.
