I have been weight training for the pas 15 years, and I have gained quite some experience from a guy’s point of vue. But recently one of my friends asked me to make her a exercise routine involving cardio and weight training, she is looking into training 4 times a week her stats are (these are approximations) 140lb 5’7’’ 25% bf
(As she is a novice to exercising) I was thinking about starting her with 3 full body weight sessions and 3 cardio sessions (following weight training) of 20-30min and 1 one more separate cardio session of 45min.
What are you thoughts about this plan? Any suggestions? Any specific exercises that I should include?
