It's on now gentlemen. Weight is hovering around 216-218, but strength is on it's way back up. Example, usually flat bench 50s for ~14 reps yesterday , grabbed 50's and repped out 18, 60s for 15 and 65s for 12. Vascularity is up, and the wife commented that I was looking leaner. Have been really consistent with cardio, and I'm feeling fucking awesome. My last beast run was a dirty ass bulk, this time, I'm feeling so much better. Sides are still non existent, but I know the back pumps should arrive in 5-7 days
