Hello ladies I have a couple of questions and could use some input from those who have been there.

MY wife is 5 foot 11 inches tall very broad shoulders and long muscels, she works in a meat packing plant, god is she strong! Anyway she need to cut fat / lose about 25lbs she exercises/ cardio 3 times aweek and eats a pretty clean diet. But she hits a brick wall after about 5 weeks of this routine and like all of us at some point gets frustrated.
She is accepting of my cycles and loves what test does to me, so I was wanting to gather some information on a lean mass building/ cutting cycle for her, she hates needles, but loves my results. She is a bueatiful woman 34 years old and has the frame for an awesome physique, but needs help, can you help me out?
 
Get her on here so we can Chat with here :) If her workout is set and her diet is set, and she wants to lose some weight, AS is not the way to go :) She might look into some thermogenics first, maybe start off on a small ECA stack and go from there. Just my 2 cents.
 
I'll try, she's extremely independant and I might be putting my nose where it isn't wanted. It might take a while
 
Am I reading this right...she's not even currently lifting, but considering starting test? Trust me bro, she doesn't need any test to see great gains if she's just going to start lifting now.

And if she's so independent, she'd be on here reading up for herself :kiss::biggrin:
 
She wants to get lifting first. Cardio is fine but to really boost metabolism lifting rules. She will also become tighter and smaller as her body fat decreases and muscle mass increases. Do this first before introducing any supps.

No one mentioned test, OTC booty, I said she loves what test has done to me. She lifts 8 hours a day in a meet packing plant, yea with the men, not in the front office. Lifts 110 LB tubs of meet at her knees walks 20 feet lifts over shoulder hieght and dumps tub, all day long. She has been an athlete her entire life and a hard working farm girl to boot.
Independant doesn't mean that she's outgoing enough to jump on a board, she's a very private person. That is why I am here.

And test is the last thing she needs she has extremely high levels naturally due to haveing ovarian cycts syndrome, that is where there are numerous non cancerous cysts on the overies, this causes a hormonal imbalance that mimics menopause, hot flashes irregular periods and 24/7 pms like dispositon. So really any type of gear could produce alot of sides or straighten her or help to balance.
I am just a loving husband looking for a little advice, not a magic bullet, because they do not exist. thanks
 
If she is lifting that much all day it is becoming more of a cardio workout, if it wasn't she wouldn't be able to do it for more than an hour. Several bbers I know who have manual jobs only need to lift, plus the lifting will help develop those muscles not used in her job so preventing imbalance injuries/problems.
 
I was just pointing out what she does all day of course we will add more defined lifting program and re evaluate the cardio that she is doing now to try and optimize it. Thanks ladies.
