if things go well i'm running it for about another 7-8 weeks... (plan on doing 14-16 weeks in total)
i haven't been working too hard at the diet/cardio aspect right now, just hitting the weights hard... i'll do that for another 2-3 weeks then start cutting back for about a month and see how i can tune in the diet... my bf right now is 16% i don't think i'll want to go lower than 11 or 12, but i'll see how it looks when i bring it down.. since i'm really small framed i'll probably be able to get away with a little higher than most... (otherwise i'm just too bony...)
