Try poaching some chicken - cube it and you can take it with in a ziplock bag.
Season the water - it will taste better and don't over cook - it doesn't take long to cook.
CHeck out the diet in Bunny's post - it's really easy to follow.
Also, get yourself some protein powder - it's easy way to suck down two meals. I will suck one down in the AM and PM - easy as cake and it will cover 1-200 cals per shake depending if you use milk and what kind.
How were you eating prior to this diet?
I ask because if you were eating similiar expect a short lag period while your body adjusts to the new intake.
