My first bulking cycle diet plan

Height: 5'8
Bf%: 12.1%


Hey guys so this is my first attempt at a proper bulking diet, i would like some critsism, and helpful tips towards my plan below, thankyou.

12 Week CYCLE
0.25 adex/day
500mg veyron test e/per week (monday+thursday @250mg)
300mg deca (monday+thursday)


Breakfast- 6am

3 slices of brown bread soaked in egg whites and whole milk with cinnamon, fried without oils and stacked as a sandwhich with peanut butter, sliced banana and nutella + protien shake.

7am workout-

8am serious mass gainer shake


10:30am one chicken breast with sweet potato mash and glass of whole milk.

Lunch 12pm-1pm

whole meal pasta w/meat and homemade tomato sauce.

2:30pm peanutbutter sandwhich + glass of whole milk

4:30pm chicken breast + brussle sprouts

6pm pre w/o shake

6:30 workout
7:30 serious mass gainer shake

Dinner
large serve of meat and veggies

Before bed. tablespoon peanut butter on 2 peice of dark chocolate and glass of whole milk.

Eh I would of posted this in the aas forum since your cycle is posted. But your diet brother needs to consist of a lot of healthy non starchy carbs, healthy fats and tons of protein. Make sure up getting atleast 1.5-2 times protein of your body weight. For your carbs man I would stay away from bread to the best of your ability, go for mostly whole grain rice, sweet potatoes etc.. Protein wise stick with chicken, maybe some red meat a few times a week. If your a fish guy go for it. Tuna, salmon all that good stuff. And forget that weight gainer shake your taking man, it's just full of unneeded calories, sugar and carbs. Get yourself some whey from ntbm and
You will be good to go. Just add a few more scoops than usual.
