morning
2eggs and 1 egg white and protein drink

Afternoon
subway-chicken teriyaki foot long with lettuce onions and honey mustard and a chocolate milk.

mid afternoon
beef jerky

Dinner
8oz New york steak with potato and rice cottage cheese and a protein drink

and 3 litres of water a day and sometimes a protein bar for a treat and then i pig out one day on the weekend someone rate my diet please thank you

You are deffinatly having too much in one sitting, at lunch and dinner. You should deffinatly split up your meals at lest to 5 real meals a day.
 
i am 205lbs natural 6 foot not much body fat the diet is working out good for me and why does subway suck????? why do you like mcdonalds better???? ya ill have a double big mac meal with some deep fries french sweet thats lots of good quality protein lol
 
Wow your diet looks just like the average joe's with a couple protien shakes thrown in. Junk food and three meals a day.
 
If the diet is working for you, then why do you care what we think? Subway isn't a good option for a dieter on account of their highly processed breads and meats. A sub could be acceptable on a bulking diet (perhaps) but hardly a good choice for a cutting phase. Ya heard?

add 2 whites and add 1 cup oatmeal add 1tbsp. all natural peanut butter

Afternoon
subway-chicken teriyaki foot long with lettuce onions and honey mustard and a chocolate milk.
try to go w/ the grilled chicken breasts on wheat bread/ drop the chocolate milk and replacce w/ water

mid afternoon
beef jerky
1 medium yam, 8oz. lean steak (eye round) 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

Dinner
8oz New york steak with potato and rice cottage cheese and a protein drink
add 15 g psyllium husk fiber before bed

although I don't consider this ideal by fat, it will be a good start - I assume you're maintaining/bulking
