My Daily General FOod INtake, WHat do I need?

hey all, ive been trying to eat healthy now for the last 6 months, every day basicly this is the rough outline for my daily diet, Im not sure If its enough or if i need other foods for a complete diet, however i had been making good gains etc.

Morning:
44g protein shake w/water & crystal light
1 1/2 cup health food cereal, oats, puffed rice, blueberries raspberries and almonds.
4 large egg whites

Lunch:
Turkey sandwich on organic bread or can of tuna
44g protein shake
2 egge whites

Snack:
2 egge whites
turkey, cereal or some high protein food

Dinner:
2 egg whites
44g protein shake
steak, or chicken breast
potatoes or pb and toast

snack:
2 egg whites
cereal somtimes

Im 21 y/o 185ish
Is this enough to maintain my weight? or only enough to maintain, not to bulk up?

How does this look? do you think im getting enough protein? I need some ideas for a portable snack to take to school, because betwene breakfast and lunch I have like a 6 hour gap which kills me I know it, but cant seem to find anything appealng to take with me.

Are there any foods i realy should think to add? I eat fruit on a regular basis, apples, oranges pears etc, daily multi's and other supps are also part of my daily routine. any suggestions appreciated, thanks!

www.fitday.com - plug in all the foods and get a rough estimate of your calories.

Find your bmr out with activity level and thats a rough estimate of the calories you need to maintain your weight.

As far as your diet goes, it looks clean, however, lacking EFAs :worried: :worried: :worried:

Annnnnnnd.... too many protein shakes. Whole foods are better.

Why egg whites? Whole eggs = cholesterol = produce testosterone = no they won't clog your arteries.

My rough guess is that's WAY to little food to maintain if your lifting hard and working out.

You said making good gains.... do you mean, getting more "definition?" Or putting on lean muscle?
 
well i put on 10lbs in the last 6 months, did 7 weeks of deca @ 300mg e/w had to stop due to gyno, did deca only, ran full pct with hcg nolva, letro and dost. My weight has maintained since i came off cycle, and surprisingly have not lost any weight yet. anyways whats "EFA's?"
