Amazing weekend this weekend. My coach had to work so our workout time on the weekends might change, but hey everything needs a change once in a while. But since my lifts have improved dramaticlly i want to work around his work schedule...
This weekend I got to try out my new Metal Squat Suit. Amazing. It was not giving me alot of support in the belly so i wanted to try it out before getting it taylored. And it worked perfectly.
I was squatting/pulling on Saturday so i got to see both aspects of the suit.
Squat: Warmed up close to openors (we are having a semi small competition next sunday, so we are treating that workout like a pre-comp workout, we hit all our openors and this week is our rest week)
510 - straps down
560 - straps up/no knee wraps
560 - straps up/no knee wraps
The 560 felt like CAKE. I definitely improved my squat and i cant wait to see what i have in me.

577 - Missed during lockout, but grip strength is the issue, slipped out of my hand)
Had amazing weekend. Next Post is my Bench Day......will post in a bit.
Notes:
No beer/alcohol this weekend. No late night partying. I have to get all my serious intense training done before the summer, since in the summer i want to reward myself with some parties, etc.
Next completion is in May. I might do nationals, but i need to see how good my #'s are after this weekend. Im going to stay in the 198lb category.....since im weighing in 205-208 right now.
