Meal in a blender.

This is what I've been eating for a majority of meals, cause I B fat and it's summer.

Throw this in your blender:
Cottage cheese
peach yogurt
eggs from a carton
strawberries or bannana or whatever fruit is layin around
oatmeal
milk
and sometimes a spoon of ANPB

Blend that bad boy up, and drink a glass every 2 or 3 hours!

Tastes good, and I haven't run the numbers, but I know that shits got a good range of carbs and prots.
 
2 Scoops Milk Protein Isolate Powder
Strawberries or blueberries
Frozen Broccoli
Frozen Spinach

Blend it up....

Mildly earthy would be the best description. I don't think it tastes "bad." an apple instead of the other fruit works well....
 
Why not just eat the foods, jestro? Why blend them all together? You could make a pretty tasty meal by doing the cottage cheese and peaches with like an oatmeal muesli on top and the eggs on the side.

Ummm, good point, that would be good. It's a lot quicker to throw it all in a blender though. About 5 minutes. Fark I'm lazy.

Ah, it would take no time to make that meal. I can't stand to eat blended up food unless it is a fruit smoothie or humus or something good...lol.

the time to eat it though, that's the thing.

hence why i make protein shakes with oatmeal and natural peanut butter or flax seed oil. pretty much all real food except the protein powder, but i can drink it quickly if i'm at work or on the run.

takes 5 minutes to drink a blended meal

takes 15-20 to eat a real meal. although if you're a faster eater can definetely put it down in 10

Blended food is easier to digest as well.
 
actually its passes through ur system faster and makes u hungrier faster and more often..

eating whole meals increases the thermogenic process because ur body needs to work to break down the food thus ur burn more kcal

I only have blended meals as a between meal snack. I can always throw down some cottage cheese or a quick sammich at my desk. I eat fast though. When I'm hungry, I eat like one of those orks from the hobbit movie.
