Hello EF,
I am currently starting Sl 5x5 workout.
I was wondering how to increase my arm size, mine are about 14.5" inches. How can I get them up.
P.S: I am 17.

Eat.... Eat.... And then eat some more!! I know it's redundant bro but ur diet and food intake is what will dictate ur size gains!! U gotta eat a ton but I'm not talking about eating everything either. U gotta eat a ton of good quality foods! A lot of complex carbs is fuel for the muscles and what will make them grow!! Protein helps them recover and expand as well! A clean diet is all that u need to accompany ur new training routine!! There is no magic pill or substance to do that for u, the closest thing is a good clean hi protein / hi carb diet!!
Eggs, chicken, steak, sweet potatoes, brown rice, milk, fruits and veggies and a good whey protein will put the size u want on!!
 
Food and heavy rows and pull ups followed by curls to finish them off. And In time they will grow.
