Alright, I know this has been asked alot but I searched and still didn't find what I'm looking for...
My upper abs stick out more than my lower, it like curves in, then back out on the very bottom portion of my torso. I used to do SO MANY weighted crunches and such, and also did them in very high volume, while barely doing leg raises and such (to moreso target the lower portion of the abs)
I can see that the upper abs HAVE developed more. Should I stop training them for alil, while focusing ont he lower?
And how should I target the lower moreso? Hanging leg raises (bringing knees to chest and slowly lowering)?
And what about roman chair holds? do those work? How? Anyone give me some roman chair workouts or anything? I'm shooting into the dark here, and it's pissin'me off.
I actually have the same problemw ith my chest, lower developed moreso, so i'm ONLY going to do inclined bench for a lil, and ignore lower-chest stuff...
