Leg Day

I started lifting last week, Friday I did a circuit type workout and hit the legs a bit to much for a newbie. Today I can finally walk like a normal person however, they're still sore. Tomorrow is my scheduled leg day, should I let them rest some more? Take it easy on them? Or go for a hard workout and deal with the agony? I can handle the pain :bawling: but don't want to overtrain.

Don't ever train a sore bodypart, it is counterproductive...even if it's time to hit in your particular split.

Good luck.

You should definately not train them again until all of the soreness goes away.

Remember, that with legs, you must warm-up and stretch before and after. Especially the following couple of days. That'll shorten the time that youa re sore.

Bro, you have to ease into training when you start up, especially with your legs. Take it easy at first then up then up the ante slowly.
