k, get her off the sus... what are you doing to her? get her on a stack of vars, winny tabs, and primo... ditch the t3, keep the clen..
ditch the cheat meal, cardio first thing in am, and if she is really feeling motivated, then another twenty to thirty minutes after her weight training in the evening...
Get her protein up to AT LEAST 175g. Get her carbs up a couple days to 175, then drop down a couple days to 80-100. fats are alright... allow for leeway.. if her cravings are intense and she is miserable allow some extra fats.. have a nice big salmon fillet, or maybe some natural pb to fill the void.
if she is not getting ready for a show, the second cardio session isn't realistic (or if she isn't nuts) just bump up the intensity on the first... but the second will make a world of a difference.
