I usually like doing one BP per day, but this is what it is now. I need to change things around so my muscles are shocked. Believe me, they are!!
Jumped rope for 30 minutes. Boy, I'm toast..
106.7lbs today..

Incline DB Press 3 work sets 10, 25, 10
Pushups 3 work sets failure (as many as it takes)
