If you want to explore it -- I've occassionally fallen into the depression thing and every time I get to the point where i actually go talk to someone about it, they start to recommend all the script crap that makes you gain weight - which of course would only serve to make me more depressed..... Anyway I usually end up throwing in some inositol - its just a B vitamin (forget which one) in powder form -- for somethign that is not a script, fairly cheap and quicky it seems to help while I work on getting the rest of my shit in order.

**Need to get my rear in gear.....cuz I gots too much rear.... :lmao:

Day 1 No Alcohol
I have NO support in this at all & will be pressured I'm sure TO drink.....*sigh*

8:45am
1 travel mug of coffee + 3 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla Creamer
(didn't finish all the coffee)

~ 9:15am
Omelette: 6 egg whites + 1 egg yolk + 1 slice FF Cheese + 2 oz. cooked ground turkey + 4 asparagus spears
1 Dannon Light N Fit with Fiber Strawberry Yogurt

Scrip + Multi + B-Complex
