Omelette: 6 egg whites + 1 egg yolk + 1 slice FF Cheese + 2 oz. cooked ground turkey + 4 asparagus spears
1 Dannon Light N Fit with Fiber Strawberry Yogurt

Scrip + Multi + B-Complex

11:00am - Drove to gym
Stationary Bike: 30 mins, 5.5 miles

Wide Grip Pulldowns: 70lbs - 1x10; 80lbs - 2x8
Angled Seated Calf Raises: 40lbs - 3x20
Cable Rack Pullovers: 60lbs - 1x10; 70lbs - 1x10; 80lbs - 1x8
Machine Curls: 40lbs - 2x10, 1x15
Standing Calf Raises using Bodyweight: 3x20

HUGE kitchen sink salad: 4 oz. chicken, Handful Dole Greener Selections salad, Handful Spring Mix, 1 tblsp. Sunflower Seeds, 1 Part-Skim Mozz. cheese stick, cucumber, radish, pepper, mushroom, 4 spears leftover grilled asparagus
Dressing: Apple cider vinegar + 1 tblsp. Dijonnaise + 1 tblsp. Honey Mustard dressing thinned in bottle with vinegar

Bottle #6 of water (need 2 more for 1 gallon)

3 oz. fresh strawberries, halved
2 tblsp. SF Cool Whip

3 HB egg whites stuffed with tuna mixture (tuna, spices, hot sauce, FF mayo, relish)

**Husband pitched a fit about me eating this in the BR too.... :rolleyes:

Totals: 1519 cals, Fat: 43g/27%, Carbs: 106g/25%, Fiber: 16g, Protein: 175g/48%

Yeah really!!

He actually pulled his shirt up over his nose & mouth while I was eating....then ended up leaving the room......Big baby!! :rolleyes:
 
Thats kinda funny... congrats on staying strong though!!! Keep up the good work and diet looking good too! ;)

**Saw my orthopedist today.....His bedside manner is severely lacking....he's nice enough - but he's impatient to come & go quickly, so I don't really get my questions answered......He took X-rays & is leaving my activity level up to Noel, my physical therapist.....but it'll be at least 12 weeks before I can do Closed-Chain Leg Exercies.....

**Errands.....the errands were a lot of walking for me - more than I'm used to.... Drank 3 bottles of water while out....

11:30am - Physical Therapy
Stationary Bike: 10 mins Level 1 + 5 mins Level 2

Went in with: -2 Hyperextension going in + 138 degrees flex

TKEs: 70lbs - 1x12; 80lbs - 3x10
Seated Leg Extensions: 45lbs - 3x10
Seated Hamstring Curls: 20lbs - 3x10
Straight Leg Raises: 5lbs - 3x10
Seated Lower Leg Extensions, Knee on Basketball: 20lbs - 3x12
Stim: 15 mins, 12 cycles
Iso-Kinetic Machine kicks: 4 sets of 10

**Noel said my swelling was good enough that I didn't need to ice afterwards!! Yay!!
