My appetite really explodes on training days, I cant stop eating, I started cutting cycle couple weeks ago but forget it....
Am on 3x5 now, with heavies to keep minimize muscle loss while cutting, but on training days I eat like a horse, cant help it......

Any suggestions? I am afraid of slacking on the training side and losing hard earned little muscle I have!

geezus, what a ? - yes, quit training, it's not for the weak and since your willpower in the food category is nil, I am afraid to see what your training is like......just stop it and join a team.

wow...surprised on the flaming a bit but whatever.....

6'1'' at 220lbs around 18% BF, right now about 2700kcal day, except for training days, lol

i guess is easier said than done, dont eat when you train your ass to the ground....

Not All of us share that attitude kiosk.

Training is not making you fat, the foods you chose would most likely be the culprit. Training making you hungry is something completely different. That is a good way to tell that your body is requiring more sustenance to feed the growing muscles.

You keep that muscle by feeding your body properly and training to keep it.

Yeah really - you mean this guy can't stick to his plan of bulking...wait, that's you.... Jeff. Play nice, most do with you....

To the original poster - train like a man and eat like one. You can't grow eating chicken, yams, and broccoli... unless you’re eating it by the truckload.

All this cutting/bulking talk is crap unless you compete, period. Gaining weight w/ the plan of loosing it is not healthy...again, unless you compete. Try to find a healthy balance. If you need to recomp (loose fat) then eat less. When the scale stops moving then post up your diet to have it tweaked...but as Jkurz so rudely put it you may lack some needed will power. Eating to grow is MUCH easier than trying to recomp. If you want to be strong plan on eating for that.... good luck w/ whatever. Personally I am going to eat a PB&J and go bang weight in a few.

What did I do???? He said training was making him fat......ery easy solution, quit training.....I got no love for people who are fat solely due to lak of willpower so they find an excuse....here it's training......

Well I am fat, and it is soley b/c of my lack of willpower. My lifts are all directly related to my iron willpower...so i guess we all get some, and each choses to use it how they will....

As you know, I'll take massive over ripped every single time.
