Is 1.5-2 hours of cardio too much to do every day?

WAY TOO DAMN MUCH!

Not to be harsh but thats too much bro cut it in half, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, I would say 45-60 minutes TOPS. :D:D
 
I'm currently doing 1.5-2 hours of cardio 6 days a week and was wondering whether it was too much to do it 7 days a week.

Do I need a day off, or as long as my body isn't complaining is it ok to do it every day?

I am trying to lose fat with a strict diet, Xenadrine, flax oil and cardio on an empty stomach every morning.

My cardio consists of bike, rowing machine, treadmill.

Any thoughts would be welcome.

Nah, the science behind nutrition is meant to keep people sick and unhealthy. don't listen to the bozo's who tell you 45 max exacty meeep meeep meeep. they're idiots. YOu can do 5 hour cardios and burn the fat fast as hell and GAIN muscle. these are a bunch of idiots who want you unhealthy and ugly. I have killer calve muscles and used to power walk for hours. if i burned muscle, i guess i would have looked like the hulk. As it is, i'm pretty thick. and yes, i would see fat lose in short time. one week, one month. One day. These guys said, it takes time to see results???? DON"T LISTEN. they want you sick, and ugly. Punch em, THEY WANT YOU SICK AND UGLY. DO 5 hour caridios and see the results in a week. IF not, YOU will not MELT. 5 hours. eat real food. Whole Grains, Millet, lentils. If you body is stocked with these nutrients, you will be fine.
 
I'm sure they know this is true. They are liars. I have hiked for DAYS. i had such good nutrition that i was invigorated. I had the enegy do some Kung Fu after 100 miles. hmm, i knew this girl.. she hiked every day, 1000 miles. She was sheer muscle. You going to tell me she burned muscle? if you eat crap food, maybe it's not good to move or exercise. Seriously, this is the design of evil lazy men.
 
in that movie pumping iron arnold was probably jogging a 10-12 minute mile pace, as i can tell by his leg turnover, and he was huffing and puffing..
you call that fit?
depends what your after. fit or looks.my mailman walks 9 miles a day. a fat guy. most bodybuilders when cutting walk the treadmill for their cardio workout. WTF. grandmas walk on treadmils.. go to the field and run 5 miles.. if you wanna look good but be unfit, lift and be like most bb and walk for cardio. you wanna be built and fit, train hard at weights and cardio.
 
this is the complete opposite of my training but i still understand this application enough to say this. there is nothing wrong with the legnth of your cardio sessons but you will get more out of it if you take a couple days off once in a while.

the long cardio would be counterproductive to retaining muscle mass.
 
i have a big fat. it's got to go. i'm went for a light 2 hour hike up and down some rocky slopes. i felt lik ei was just getting started. i wasn't dressed for it, didn't want to overheat my buddies. I'm go for the 5 hour hit and let you know. my weight has been stable for the last two three weeks. I'm looking to drop 50 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs muscle. see you in 3 months.
