Quick question. I am pretty much 50/50 regarding my goals for strength, as related to size, and am feeling a plateau coming regarding strength, so I'd like to incorporate board presses into my routine to spice things up a little bit. What I'd like to know is, what weight should I use in regard percentagewise to what I lift on flatbench, and how high should I set the boards. As well, what part of the workout would board presses best benefit me, either in the very beginning as an all out max-effort sort of thing, or at the end as a burnout with heavy weight?
