My wife got breast implants, under the muscle, on Friday. It appears that one is sitting higher then the other and may possibly be larger. I figure that on Thursday when she goes to the doc for a follow up he could adjust this. Any women on the board who have implants or know of anyone with implants have any incite on this? I'm not happy!

mine were swollen unevenly too. also, it will take them a while to settle into place, so the doc probably wont do anything until they aren't swollen and have dropped. its too early to tell now what they will do

What Brickgirl and Texgrl said hold true for most it seems. I believe the doc said that it can take up to six months for them to settle in. LOL.

Kronkettes were a bit different for a while but they have settled into place and are wonderful. Give it some time it is still real early.

Make sure you take care of and pamper your wife. ;)

the night after my surgery and a few day after i had severe swelling in one of the breasts. the only time to really panic is if the one breast is literally 2 1/2 times the size of the other one. and with the dropping, my left breast didnt drop evenly till about 4 months after ... talk about being lop sided for a while :) lol

It takes months for them to settle into place. The best advice is to keep them strapped in as best as possible to avoid shifting until the surgeon gives you clearance.

And....if you're able to see enough of them to make that judgement, then they are not wrapped up as they should be.

I had my surgery July 26. I went under the muscle and under the arm. My right breast is till not exactly right. The Dr. said that the skin has not stretched as fast as the other one. His advice for me is to massage them like crazy and I do every night. I go for my check up in December and he promises they should both be perfect... Just give her time and have fun helping her massage...

Are you saying I shouldn't make her go on the trampoline for another day or so? It looked so hot yesterday.
