I'm on my first cycle and was trying to keep it simple and not introduce a bunch of other compounds...

N needtogetaas New member Dec 8, 2008 #13 500g of protein damn thats a lot. Try to use food that are high in cals that do not fill you up. I have protein bar coming out soon that will cover this. 100% natural.

Click to expand... nuts Avocado, Black Olives,Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, hummus,Granola,Flax seed oil,Sunflower seeds,Heavy whipping cream added to shakes,Grape nuts,Shredded wheat,Barley,Whole eggs,Red meat,. All high cals. Meat will of course fill you up. Believe it or not when tested fish was proven to make people feel more full then any other food.
