1 cucumber
8:30 ½ cup black coffee
Meal 2 (10:00)
1 cup yoghurt
5 peanuts
Meal 3 (13:00)
2 small tortillas
1 cup skim milk with soymilk power
½ cup chicken breast
1 cup spinach
Meal 4 (16:30)
1 medium apple
5 peanuts
Meal 5 (21:00)
veggies salad:1 cucumber, 1 tomato, ½ lettuce
1 cup soybean milk
PM workout: warm-up 10min, cardio 40min, pilates 20min, yoga 10min
