Just got back, and tried the GM’s as you guys suggested. Wow, think I found that weak link!!! It was surprising how much harder those where than SLDL! The power rack pins did not go high enough to use, its a long way down from 6'4"!
I’d like to add those to my regular training (currently 5x5). But where would you add them?
On leg day after squats or on back day after DL’s? I was thinking about alternating each week between SLDL’s and GM’s after Squats on Leg day???
