opinions?

:p ;)

I'd say you probably are, depending on the volume each day.
Working a bodypart three times a week would be pretty taxing if you have been training very long.

you will be over training my man, no doubt about it. Let me give you a few tips: I would never lift your arms the day before you work chest or back. Im not too sure where the shoulders fit iinto this routine but they need to be there. Lastly, i would not lift a muscle group more than once per week.

Don't work arms two days in the week. Arms get a workout during chest (tris) and back (bis) anyway, so two additional days is too much.

I think hitting the large muscle groups a couple off times a week is a good boost to lagging parts. Eg. hit chest heavy on Tues, but lighter on thursday.

Just my .02.

There are no set rules, if you feel you are overtraining (you'll know, strength goes down a bit from workout to workout, feeling taxed etc) then step back and do light for a week or two, then go insane again.

no offense but your routine still looks pretty shitty. are you not worried about those things called shoulders or legs or calves?

im in physica therapy for my leg..... i had ACL resonstruction, both meniscus gone and chipped bone...

shoulders are fine..... one of my strong points.. but its hard for me to get a good split togethor with my leg situation.. prolly just keep it the way i do it now and go lighter on some days... and yes i do work shoulders by them selves usually a saturday.. later:p ;)
