Training Frequency and Program Advise

I’m currently on gear. Can I train back, legs, and chest 2 or 3x a week?

Currently I’m doing

Monday - Chest/tri
Tuesday - Back/bis
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Shoulders/Chest
Fri - Arms/back
Sat - Legs
2 max bro. I train every 4-5 day on big muscles chest back legs. So train Monday then Again Fri or sat
 
you should never overtrain any body part... twice a week is fine per body part but 3 times is far too much.. you would never be giving yourself a chance to grow.. it would be constant tear down with the inability to rebuild and repair
 
Also this may a random question. I haven’t had acne or pimple problems until I started the cycle. My chin and forehead keep breaking out. Any recommendations? I’m using a gentle skin cleanser but it obviously isn’t cutting it.
 
I train each part 1x per week. Now, you can go 2x for certain parts but just ensure you are recovering. If not, you are not doing your body any favours.
