2 max bro. I train every 4-5 day on big muscles chest back legs. So train Monday then Again Fri or satI’m currently on gear. Can I train back, legs, and chest 2 or 3x a week?

Tuesday - Back/bis
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Shoulders/Chest
Fri - Arms/back
Sat - Legs
