...if you eat an almond with every forkful, it actually tastes pretty decent. There are some bites that i even enjoy - never thought i'd use the words tuna and enjoy in the same paragraph

I don't like it either. What about it makes it gross? To me it's the smell. I love fish though. Baked salmon is so good. :chomp:

Yea I couldn't stand to eat tuna until I switched from packed in oil to packed in water. Now I just drain the water off and eat right from the can
:)

I prefer the tuna in oil it seems to have a better taste to me, I dont often eat tuna on its own though. If I do have it I mix it with sardines in tomato sauce, I know yuk.

Yea, tuna is great.
Cheap, tasty,
Try some pickle relish and low fat mayo on a bed of lettuce or put it in a serving of pasta and mix in some salsa with it.
At $.50 a can it's the best deal going.

Tuna is great - high in protein, yet low cal (so you can eat more food when you're cutting :) ), and cheap! I like those tuna packets they have now. No draining or can opener required makes them great for on the go... they're so f-in expensive though!
