I challenge you to do a 25-rep MAX squat set!

Take 50% of your max squat and shoot for 15-20 reps non-stop and then grind out another 5-10. If you hit 25 easily keep going - max it out! Look for sore quads for DAYS after just this one set, something different.

I thought you meant max weight. Oops.

Actually I do something pretty close to what you suggested. I do 3 sets of 20-30 suats at 40-50%max weight. It sucks. My legs hurt lots.

But they're strong as hell!!

i realised after i posted that i can't cause i'm cutting right now and doing cardio 3 times a week.

If i do them then my legs will be sore for days after and i won;t be able to do cardio efficiently.

I'll def do it in about 6 weeks though. Guaranteed.
