I am after a good fat burner

So what do you do when results slow down? Just adding more and more cardio? Are you doing 3+ hours a day? Aye Chihuahua.

Like Jen said, CB is a capsule .... just got it, haven't gotten to use it for cardio yet, since this cold of mine WILL NOT GO AWAY. Looking forward to using it though.

Thermorexin is SO AWESOME for a metabolism booster and appetite suppressant. I just love love love that stuff. In my opinion, it is SO superior to anything else you can buy.

I would hold off on the Yohimburn though. it is simpoly my opinion, but I think it would be much more beneficial for someone closer to competition and/or lower BF%. if you are already pretty lean, then I can see using it now, I just don't understand using it so early. I tend to think one should use it when they are a few %ages away from goal. But that is just me .... I know a lot of people use it year round and love doing it that way. it certainly won't HARM you, lol.

I just think that you should not throw in ALL the things in your arsenal from the get go. Add things in as you need them, when results slow add another aspect of supplementation/training/diet in, so your plan is ever-evolving and being tweaked. But that is just my thoughts. :)

Also - Glucorell-R is awesome for carb meals and cheats. When I have had cheats DAYS (all out piggy fests) I use Glucorell-R all day (capsules) and have seen NO increase in scale weight and noticed little to no water retention/bloat after cheats. Especially when water is kept high on the cheating days. Awesome stuff. Can't imagine cutting without it.

Sesapure seems to be similar - but instead of shuttling carbs, it does it with fat. I am using it for the cholesterol benefits though, not for weight loss. I take it daily (capsules also).

Red Blast is an energy/focus booster, but for weights. Can help with focus and lifts. I have not used it yet (again, this illness is killing me) but looking forward to trying it.

I want to be in better shape for next comp as I wasn't happy with last results. I have a lot of trouble loosing weight no matter how clean my diet is or how much I train and do cardio.

This is why I'm looking to all you girls on here for help.
Dont do so much cardipo and keep the muscle mass, it will make you look tighter.

Thanks Daisy
I am doing roughly 1.5hrs daily
i will look into these products as there is absolutely nothing here.
Thanks for the great info and explaination of what these products are and are used for it helps me a lot with my decisions.
I have had no supplementation in the past and have done fairly well on diet and training alone as I really have no one to turn to for guidence and info.
I would love to have someone to train with but unfortunately with having kids it is hard to be there at a certain time each day. :)

As soon as I cut cardio down I tend to chub up within a few weeks.
For some reason no matter on diet, training or less cardio I seem to put on some flab around leg, butt and belly quite rapidly.
I am planning on starting the Shadow project in the next couple of weeks and see if that training program will better suit me.

I have only used Cb and that is only for pre workouts at 5:00 am when I have to go run outside in minus 20... its more to help me get through my workout than to burn the fat

Do you use anything to track your food? Like www.fitday.com??

Just curious ass when I *think* I eat ok but put it into fitday, it usually is horribly off......

I find that nearly all of the foods we have here are not on the list and I would have to enter almost everything in manually and I find it hard time wise to keep doing this.
I am going to try and fit as many in before I start my new program, so then I will only take a short time to log in each time.

This is a sample of what I eat:

I totally hear you on trying to find the time with kids. My daughter is almost one, and it is HARD to balance time with her, my work (I work fulltime) AND trying to find time to workout on a regular basis. It is possible, just very challenging. :) You have to be able to change plans on a second's notice ... ya know?

Yes Daisy I hear ya. I have 4 so find it hard when one comes home and says I've made plans to here, there and everywhere else. I go whenever I get the chance, it could be any time of day dependeing on kids and hubby.
