Hows 2 weeks of no carbs to start a diet sound?

YES! a lot of it is water

your liver has these little pockets next to it that store about 6 lbs of water. When you deplete your carbs, you lose that water very quickly. (for me it takes about 5 days, but then I enter ketosis very quickly).

Then there is the water you were retaining all over that you lose usually from drinking more water as well as the low carbs.
There is really very little fat loss that first week unless you are combining it with 30+ minutes of cardio 3+ times a week. HOWEVER this is a GREAT method to lose weight fast for an event of some sort ;-) but I don't think that is what you are going for.
 
IMO low carb diets, and especially the keto ones HAVE NO PLACE IN BB

The legacy of this carbs are bad is going to create even more obesity!!!

Saying 0 carbs is also ridiculous as that is impossible and leads to people making serious dietary errors. Man, I am going to have to post a thread to try and stop this madness!!!!!!

I DON'T DO LOW CARBS EXCEPT FOR 3 DAYS OF CARB DEPLETION PRE COMP!!

day 1-150 g carbs
day 2- 75 g carbs
day 3- 35-40 g carbs

AM I GETTING RESULTS? CHECK MY PICS!!!!!
