how to maximise my endurance in 3-5 weeks?
ok, due to unforseen circumsatnces in my life i get 3-5 weeks to prepare for a grading, which will involve stickfighting aganst multiple opponents, with no rest for me but plently of different opponents....i'll be fighting 10/over 10 rounds back to back, plus the instructor at the end
problem is i had exams and injuries recently and my trainign went haywire.....my endurance was pretty good before then but its shot to shit now
what can i do diet and training wise to get myself on track....tell me everything i should do right up to fight day
i NEED to pass this grading, and he's (instructor) looking for the ability to keep fighting, and a big opart of that is the endurance. power is AOK
