Approved Log My EQ Cardarine cycle Log (Insight)

Would appreciate some thoughts and insights on a potential stack to be run. A little insight I'm a track sprinter concentration in the 200m, so it's that combination of speed endurance being looked to enhance. Currently 179lbs , 5'10, body fat under 10. I have a tendency to put on dense muscle pretty easily. Contemplating on either incorporating Cardarine or Boldenone for endurance purposes and run along side with something like Anavar. Thanks for your input here. Haven't currently started anything, just ordered Cardarine thus far.

Currently what training and diet looks like in this period of the season which is preparing for races throughout the summer over seas. About 30hrs a week of training.

MON-
Plyo's and technical runs
TUES -
Block work and overspeed session followed by a heavy weight consisting of
-Front or Back squats 85% max 2x3
-RDL's 85% 2x3
-Single RDL's 2x3
-Nordic Hamstrings 2x8
-Speed 1/4 Squats 3x10
WED-
Recovery session (Deep tissue body work)
THURS-
Lactate Power session (220m, 200m, 180m) R10min (150m) (Efforts here are at about a 9/10 race pace)
FRI-
Strength explosive day (Box jumps with a counter movement onto a higher box) 2x3
BB continuous 1/4 squat jumps 40% of BW 3x8 as explosive as possible
SAT-
has been moc race test days lately distances range from 100m - 200m

Diet:
-No dairy products currently. Soy milk and yogurt
-Red meat twice a week
-Main sources of protein (eggs, chicken, fish, turkey)
-Daily Caloric intake ranges from 2,800 on the low side and 3,400 on the high end.
-Pretty much trying to take in as much as possible right now for recovery purposes but also need to stay light and powerful.

@NomadSpeed good start to a LOG on EF.

If you use anavar you'll have anavar pumps, even with n2guard.

For endurance, if you don't want to inject something like equipoise and want all orals. Try low dose winstrol 20mgs/day with n2guard 7caps/day.

Basically your stack would be
20mgs cardarine/day
20mgs winstrol/day
7caps n2guard/day

Easy to use and would work well for your goals.

Your diet is not clear. Please actually post meals and foods that you eat. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

add oral? maybe winstrol do that and eq 200mgs

I love Umbrella GW its the fire... I would run 400mg EQ weekly.. And 30mg winny ed N2GUARD for sure I would add lil test myself atleast 150-200mg @domestic-supply.com for all the goods my friend

I wouldn't say it is high in soy but is instead of dairy. As for the omegas I do supplement quite a lot of high potency fish oils and such within it
 
Ok , so I guess I'll be transitioning some of these things of soy base out of the menu. Thanks for the insight fellas, just was piecing different diets together to find a good fit overall.

@NomadSpeed how can we tell you an answer to that? we don't see updates to your log, weeks go by no diet or training updates, how do we know what you should see if we don't know what you're doing?
You need to post log updates, diet, training, cardio tell us where you are and what you have been injecting.

I'm not injecting anything. I am using the sarm protocol stated in previous updates of GW, ACP, SR9009.

Overall definitely feeling leaner and had a bit of a calve injury which healed up well. A couple of follow up questions for you guys,
-I have been feeling a bit achy as of late in some joint areas like knees mostly which wasn't there before, could that be from any effects of the sarms or diet issue?
-As I go into the bulk of my competition season through the summer months should the current protocol stay or should I remove something and possibly add in some winstrol?
-Lastly, what are your thoughts on GH for healing properties and should that be up for discussion?

joint issues , thats diet issue 100% we told you, you need more omega 3 fats in your diets or sides and joint issues are side effects, you need to add 3 tbsp fish oil per day
if you want to bulk, add some tbol not winstrol and up the protein at least to 250grams you eat too low protein to grow
HGH, it does heal well you can start 1-2 IUs per day and see how you like it
 
keep the updates coming more we wait too long in between
and the joint issue is because you aint got enough fats

Getting on the liver support immediately! Not looking to bulk up, trying to stay lighter and powerful as Im a sprinter thats why I thought winstrol would be a good option also mentioned earlier from the guys originally. Ideally would like to lose about 5-10lbs. Good to know about the GH as well, thank you!
 
What do you guys think the fat, protein, carb ratio should be? Consider I'm not trying to put on weight but rather have the energy and perhaps drop a few pounds for upcoming races as a sprinter. Thank you!

@NomadSpeed your ratios not good if you ask me bro high carbs low fats and medium protein
should be reversed
high protein
medium fat
medium to low carbs thats around 100 grams of carbs to 120

Will do. With that low amount of carbs is that going to affect my energy levels and recovery from training sessions?
