ill do my first cycle soon.
pretty got all figured out, i have the cyle all planned out.
i got my diet in check, well almost.

ill go whit 50% protein 30% carbs and 20% fat, staying 500 cals above need.

but how often do i need to change the cals in my diet, i dont know.
so im interesting in hearing what u do, how often, how much?

Start with 500 cals above maintenance (like your plan). If you haven't gained anything by the end of the second week, up it to 1,000 cals. From here adjust as necessary.

Keep in mind that as your weight goes up, so does your maintenance # of calories. So a common mistake is to revert back to a maintenance diet post cycle but using the pre cycle calculation. That's a sure fire way to loose all your gains.

Personally, i would eat 1,000 above maintenance, recalculate new maintenance every week based on gains, then keep your total cals 1,000 above maintenance throughout the entire cycle and PCT. Only then, consider moving back down to maintenance (your new maintenance)
