How much cardio is everyone doing right now?

I just started. 2 times a week. Once right after leg day on Sundays.(After a 15 minute break after legs I jog on the treadmill) Then another on Wednesday running up and down my stairs.

Well who else does it and who NEVER does cardio? I for one up until now was the "never do cardio" type of person(except for sex) but now I realize it helps. Shit I hope I can stick to it I really hate doing cardio. I guess with the increased cardiovascular fitness and energy levels I get it will all be worth it.
 
I do about 20 mins, low to moderate, after most EVERY workout.

The only reason why I wouldn't would be that the gym is closing shop on me or it's otherwise so late I'd be really pushing the time I'd go to sleep (since I'm taking slin).
 
Cardio 6 days/week. Three 1 hour morning treadmill sessions on non-training days, and three 30 minute PW bike sessions.

I also do this, but don't consider it my "cardio". It's more part of my workout's warmup/stretch segment. Trying to get my heartrate up for my workout.
 
I was swimming at least twice a week up to about 4 weeks ago. Now I havent even seen the water lately, but I do at least 30min of elipticals with every workout. Not quit as good as swimming though.
