I just started. 2 times a week. Once right after leg day on Sundays.(After a 15 minute break after legs I jog on the treadmill) Then another on Wednesday running up and down my stairs.
Well who else does it and who NEVER does cardio? I for one up until now was the "never do cardio" type of person(except for sex) but now I realize it helps. Shit I hope I can stick to it I really hate doing cardio. I guess with the increased cardiovascular fitness and energy levels I get it will all be worth it.
