How much cardio is everyone doing right now?

i can't after a mile i die thast why i need EQ badly i figured low dose 250- 300 a week will improve endurance dramatically maybe at end of cycle one would be doing 4 miles
 
NONE...I need to start with all this new bodyweight...I 'm breathing hard walking to my car....
 
Me too muscleup, ive got to start doing my cardio soon. Usually do it through spring and summer. Already cut simple sugars from my diet, got to get ready for summer, starting a little early this year.-WULF

Yeah I am exactly the same. I have just reached 210 after gorging myself all day for weeks now. My stomach looks the same. I can only imagine how hard it will be to get to 220.
 
i used to jog before workouts on the treadmill to warmup, but then realised i was burning calories, which i needed for me to gain size. I have now gained about 6 pounds in 2 weeks ever since i stopped cardio.

me too man... it sucks.

id rather be able to put on quick weight and cut later with some cardio than have to work so hard and eat so much just to stay a decent weight.
 
None for about 9 momths. I'll be dieting starting March 1st, then I'll be doing about 30-40 mins 5 days / week.
 
My weight training is my cardio. I have 14 weeks to a show, I'm going to try and do this one without any added cardio. I burn muscle quite easy. Right now I feel that I'm ahead of the game, as far as my look goes.:)
 
I do cardio 3x per week on an empty stomach for 40 minutes
The first 10 minutes I chose level 7, the next 10 minutes at level 8 and the last 20 minutes I sprint for 1 minutes and 3 minutes low/medium intensity...that keep my heart beat up.
I just started doing cardio on an empty stomach last week and its awesome how fast u see the fat melting off
