1 110% New member Jan 23, 2002 #2 i keep a training journal and it has definitley helped and highly recoomend it. i can keep track of weights and reps which has helped with my strength, also motivation comes into play with them too.

mekannik New member Jan 23, 2002 #4 Have training journals going back 5 years, talk about seeing some improvement! (thank God) My current one is seven months old - but the value of seeing old routines/cycles is priceless.
