for those who actually work out or did once upon a time
when i diet (the rare times i do, since my bodyfat never gets out of control), i always low carbed 6 days then would carb up on the 7th day. 300-400 grams or so
but i was thinking of maybe doing a 2x a week carb up? anyone done it that way?
I forgot how incredibly shitty it is to look/feel flat, especially when you first start dieting. because once you carb deplete, all you are is flat(small) muscles and the fat you're trying to lose.
